The Office of Graduate Studies invites the Drexel community to nominate deserving graduate and professional students for excellence awards in mentorship, scholarship, civic engagement, community building, service, research, and teaching assistance. Awards allow for self-nomination with support from faculty, professional staff, and supervisors.

Drexel Undergraduate & Graduate Students: Did you have an outstanding graduate student as a mentor or teaching assistant? Please nominate them!

More information about each award, including eligibility, evaluation criteria, and required materials, which must be prepared in advance of submitting a nomination form, can be found on the Office of Graduate Studies website.

*Please review the award information and required materials on the Office of Graduate Studies website PRIOR to starting a nomination form in Qualtrics as the form will not save a draft and you will be asked to upload required documents at the time of submission. It is recommended that you prepare your answers offline, such as in a Word document, before copying and pasting them into the form.

Nominations must be submitted by 12 p.m. EDT Wednesday, April 29. Award winners will be notified on or around May 11.

• Outstanding Graduate Student Mentorship Awards - Sponsored by Undergraduate Research & Enrichment Programs in the Pennoni Honors College
• Drexel Common Good Awards in Scholarship, Civic Engagement & Community Building - Sponsored in part by the Lindy Center for Civic Engagement
• Research Excellence Awards for Post-Candidacy, Pre-Candidacy, Terminal Master’s, Most Original & Creative Work (All degree levels considered in this category)
• Outstanding Dissertation Awards
• Teck-Kah Lim Graduate Student Excellence Award
• Teaching Assistant Excellence Awards
